Ever since I was on Food Networks Gingerbread Showdown in 2022 I’ve always tried to challenge myself with more pastry-making skills. In 2024, I really leaned into fondant and chocolate work to create a Gingerbread Zoo complete with a rotating carousel, vibrant plants and the cutest animals!
